Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of Helm Pro and related Helm Pro services. It supplements the Terms of Service.
1. Permitted use
Use the Services only for lawful home-service customer communications, scheduling, and operations aligned with your registered A2P campaign and TCPA/consent obligations.
2. Prohibited use
No unsolicited marketing blasts without proper consent and opt-out handling.
No harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or impersonation.
No attempts to bypass spend caps, rate limits, tenant isolation, or security controls.
No transmission of malware, phishing, or fraudulent booking schemes.
No use of the AI to provide medical, legal, or licensed trade advice beyond your configured scope.
3. SMS compliance
Honor STOP/HELP/START and other carrier opt-out keywords. Helm Pro implements platform-level handling; Customer remains responsible for campaign registration accuracy and consent records.
Do not send messages to numbers that have opted out or are on do-not-contact lists.
4. Enforcement
Helm Pro may suspend or terminate access for AUP violations, legal risk, or provider-mandated shutdowns.
