Privacy rights request

Use this form to exercise your rights under U.S. state privacy laws — to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to opt out of its sale or sharing.

We respond within 45 days. Where the law allows and a request is complex, we may extend once by a further 45 days and will tell you why before the first period ends. If we deny a request, we will explain why and how to appeal.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we already treat that as an opt-out of sale and sharing — you do not need to submit anything for that.

We use this to verify who you are and to respond. We will not use it for anything else.

If you received a text or call from a company that uses Helm, name it here. That company controls its own customer data — we will forward your request to them and help them respond.
