SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text messaging program operated by Helm Pro LLC (doing business as Helm Pro) ("Helm Pro", "we", "us"). They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By opting in you agree to these terms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
1. Program description
Helm Pro sends account, onboarding, and support messages about your Helm setup, plus replies to questions you send us.
We do not send unsolicited marketing texts to numbers that have not opted in.
2. How to opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent checkbox on a Helm Pro form — for example the contact form at helmpro.io/contact. The checkbox is never pre-ticked, and submitting a form without ticking it does not enrol you in text messages.
You may also opt in by texting us first, or by giving express written consent in an order form or agreement.
We record each opt-in with a timestamp, the originating IP address, and the exact consent language shown at the time.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in response to your activity — for example a reply to a question you asked, or an update about your onboarding — rather than on a fixed schedule.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Helm Pro does not charge you for the text messages themselves; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to opt out. You can reply STOP to any message from us at any time. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.
You may also opt out by emailing us at the address in Section 8.
Opt-outs are recorded and honored immediately.
6. How to get help
Reply HELP for help. Reply HELP to any message and we will respond with support contact information. You can also reach us at support@helmpro.io.
7. Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device.
Supported carriers may change without notice.
8. Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
