Fits your stack honestly
Twilio powers SMS and voice today. Jobber read-only sync has been run against a live account; the other FSM, calendar and developer integrations are built when paying customers need them, not speculatively.
Live now
Connected today
Production-ready messaging and billing — no vaporware checkboxes.
Messaging
LiveTwilio
SMS and voice backbone — missed-call detection, inbound texts, and outbound replies.
Billing
LiveStripe
Subscriptions, checkout, and billing portal for self-serve plans.
Early access
FSM coexistence — your platform stays the system of record
Helm reads your customers and jobs and never writes back. Your platform stays the system of record because Helm cannot change it: write-back is disabled in the sync engine and blocked again by a database constraint. Not on a self-serve plan — we set it up with you.
Field service
Early accessJobber
Read-only. Verified against a live Jobber account on 2026-08-17 — customers, jobs and invoices sync in, a repeat run creates no duplicates, and an expiring access token refreshes itself. Helm never writes back.
Early access means we have run the connector end to end against a real account of that vendor, and we switch it on per account, watching your first sync with you. We would rather say that plainly than call it Live before it has run unattended across the base.
Demand-pulled
Built when you need it
Written, deployed, and never run against a live account of that vendor. We finish each one against a real account rather than a guess — the first live Jobber run found six defects that no test could, which is why we will not call these ready.
Field service
Demand-pulledServiceTitan
Read-only sync of customers, jobs, appointments, estimates and invoices. Written against the published API and never run against a live ServiceTitan tenant — ServiceTitan issues credentials only from inside a tenant or through its partner programme, so we cannot prove this one alone.
Field service
Demand-pulledHousecall Pro
Read-only sync of customers, jobs, appointments, estimates and invoices. Written against the published API and never run against a live Housecall Pro account; its webhooks additionally require the MAX plan, so this would poll.
Field service
Demand-pulledFieldEdge & Service Fusion
Read-only scheduled sync for customers, jobs, invoices and technicians. Neither vendor publishes webhooks, so these poll — and neither has been run against a live account.
We prioritize integrations by paying customer demand — not speculative roadmaps.
Not offered
No public API, and no webhooks
Both are built. Neither is switched on, and we are not issuing keys.
Developer
Not offeredOutbound webhooks
Not offered. The dispatcher is written and tested, but no endpoint has ever been registered and we deliver no events today.
Developer
Not offeredPublic API
Not offered. A REST API is built and switched off. An API is a promise we would have to keep unchanged for years, and we would rather make it to a customer who asked than to a page.
An API is a promise to keep every endpoint the same shape for years. We have the code and we would rather make that promise to a customer who needs it than to a page. If that is you, tell us — it moves the decision, and we will say yes or no rather than “soon”.
